We’ve been staying at this hotel and visiting this restaurant for years. In the past, the waitstaff were always very kind and willing to accommodate customers whenever possible. Unfortunately, this time our experience was disappointing. While staying at the hotel, we were served breakfast by an older male waiter who immediately responded with a negative attitude when we asked whether the coffee could be customized. Every single dish here was absolutely amazing! The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were outstanding. On top of that, the portion sizes were very generous. A special shoutout to our server, Lauryn—she was fantastic and provided excellent service throughout the evening. This place is definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!
“Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, the staff were unprofessional and inattentive and the server Alyssa was very rude we waited a long time without proper service. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not welcoming. Definitely not worth the visit.”
Short rib is incredible. My ribeye was tough with little flavor. We had great espresso martinis from 2 different bartenders. They also made us sangria from scratch. Exceptional service
My boyfriend and I chose Sweet Fire for our one-year anniversary dinner, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. We made a note in our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, but it was never acknowledged at any point during the evening. Service overall was extremely slow.
