I travel for work and it’s hard for me to find an actual boxing gym to constantly progress. So, I was glad that I found this gym when I was on the road. P.s tell Chris I’m sorry it was my first time holding the mitts. I hadn’t practice the coordination aspect of that.
Totally had a awkward feeling before I made it to the door.. A Gentleman came outside when I pulled up, before I made it to the door indicated that my son wasn't old enough for the scheduled time on Sat ! Long story short I had a bad impression just to enroll my son in a activity he wants to learn.. Any recommendations, I appreciate it !
I've been coming here for years, off and on, and everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I love this place for weight loss and stress relief. It's a great place to come, whether you're a beginner or at an intermediate skill level. Zach is the coach, and he's very knowledgeable and skilled.
Was looking for a good boxing gym to learn real skills, and get in good exercise with people who are positive. Started as a total beginner, and Zach paired me with a trainer on my first session to learn the fundamentals. Every other workout has been with different members of various experience levels, but all whom know their stuff. The pairings really help drive home good habits, and encouragement, while Zach monitos everyone and offers advice along with explanations that make sense.
