Massages were decent and fairly priced. But my husband and dad went and the fact that they were not okay with an OPTIONAL TIP they gave is absurd. Enough to confront you about it when paying…. They asked my dad for a tip. My dad tipped. My husband did a 2 hour massage at $120… he gave $150 and they told him “it’s usually $20 on a $60 massage” like seriously?? That’s over an 30% tip. Confronting customers over tips is so unprofessional.
Great experience for my wife and I!
I had a wonderful experience and would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided at Spring Willow Spa. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the staff is both professional and welcoming. The massage itself was outstanding and really helped me unwind. Before she began, the masseuse offered to use optional essential oils which greatly enhanced my experience overall. Truly a high-quality experience for a very reasonable price. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
The massage was amazing and the masseuse was very kind. She is the reason for the four stars. The subtraction is for the lady at the front desk. When all was said and done and ready to pay. She asked for a tip. Yet she wasn’t the one that did anything. I gave a $10 bill and she laughed and said most people give $20. Interesting that something that’s optional would be laughed at for the amount.
