If I could give a negative stars to this group I would. They let my 18 yr old niece drive off the lot in a $27,900 car without so much as a bill of sale or a contract. They said they would help her get financing approved and agreed on a resonable payment. 30 days later, they told her she needed to sign a document that would make her payment $80 more per month than what she could possibly afford and they told her she could bring the car back, but they would not refund ANY of her $4000 cash downpayment. They lied about the price, the cars providence , the title wasn't available from this car lot when we went to finalize the deal, they wanted us to write new checks made out to another lot and contract did not show the $4k down payment.
Bad customer service
Would not recommend this dealership they sell overprice vehicles they are not reliable. If you do go to buy a vehicle from this company get inspected by your own mechanic.
Terrible place to buy your car, customer service was terrible, they did not give me a copy of any of the papers I signed luckily I didn’t sign my name on the car yet. Also refused to show me original paper work I signed which is shady. They also told me it’s there “policy” to not refund, but when I asked if I could see that policy and read the paper work I signed they refused.
