Our large family was vacationing in Captiva and booked 2 pontoon boats through CWS to take out for the day. From booking to returning the boats, the whole experience was great! Check-in was easy and the staff was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the features of the boats and also the map of where to go (and not go). We took the boats down the Sound side of Captiva to Cabbage Key and Cayo Costa. The boats were very nice and in great condition. We enjoyed the parasailing ride. All the people we dealt with were friendly and very informative. Be sure to physically go there to book as you may save money with special pricing for kids and avoid the credit card fee by paying with cash. Other watersport outfits did not offer a discount for kids. Discount was not seen online, I just lucked out.
It was third time we rented there a boat. Very friendly staff and even though I am not experienced captain, their explanation of everything was so nice and I was able to do it without stress. We would definitely come back once we are down in the area again. Good job CWS😎
