Terrible all around. They gave me absolutely no choice in when to get the appraisal done so I had to take a day off of work to babysit them. Customer service is atrocious. I had to call to request the appraisal I payed for only to be told they had a contract with the bank and couldn't release it to me. When I explained that I paid for it the woman on the phone had the gall to say "no you didn't, the bank did." Since this isn't true, they stole $400 from me.
