I’ve called 3 times in the past 2 weeks to get the safety data sheet or just the name of filling composite this company uses. I keep getting the same answer from receptionist which is “I’m not sure because I just work front desk but I have emailed the clinicians. I will call/email you when I get that info.” Transparency and communication is key in a holistic “anything” business! So 1 star for lack thereof.
I came here because I was looking for a holistic root cause dentist to help me with cavities. The hygienist was great and I love that they use natural flouride free products. However the dentist did nothing different than any other dentist. I felt scolded when I asked about looking for a root cause. She insisted that everyone just gets cavities (my 65 year old mother has never had a cavity but I'm not even 30 and have had 12+) and said my wisdom teeth being "covered in cavities" was the problem (no dentist has ever said I ha... read more
They have the best hygienists and dentists. They really take their time with each person and care about the health of their patients.
BEST holistic dental practice in the area. From reception to the hygienist to the doctor to billing-SEAMLESS & RESPECTFUL. I would dread going to the dentist. Sweet Truth Dental understands that. They go above & beyond to make the visit more than bearable.
