Made an appointment with her, and I knew I was going to be a little late so I rescheduled, she charged me a late fee, and then I arrived. The address I followed, from her vargaro was the “wrong location” according to her, so she proceeded to tell me on the phone I had the wrong location ( with a lot of attitude ) and then hung up on me! So I called back and canceled and then she charged me 50 dollars on top of the 25 dollar deposit fee. 75 dollars and no wax. I recently had the pleasure of working with Sweet touch for my waxing needs, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise she brought to the table. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Dominique was prompt, courteous, and attentive to my specific requests. Kitty is giving very much tea 💕🥰

I had such a terrible experience with Sweet Touch (Dominique). I set up 3 appointments for Friday at 9,10,11. She canceled at 847. She rescheduled for the next day Saturday for the same time. I messaged her to confirm Friday night she didn't respond. I messaged her in the morning and she canceled at 835. I tried working with her to see what time would work and she to come in the same day at 10,11, 12. She messaged me at 904 to say she couldn't accommodate the appointments that she rescheduled.
