Everyone is very professional, customer service is awesome and they are relatable and easy to talk too. Everyone is very sweet! Prior to Dr. Gretchen taking over the practice I had my same dentist for decades. I trusted and respected her and didn’t think she could ever be replaced. Sweet Tooth Dental checks all the boxes for great dental services. The dentists are incredibly skilled and caring. The assistants and hygienists support them efficiently and thoroughly. The front office staff, make sure the appointments paperwork and insurance claims go through smoothly. Before every visit, you get reminder texts. And after every visit, you get a call checking to see if everything is okay. Their communication, is about the best I've experienced in any medical or dental establishment. Perfectly delightful experience, competent, gracious, and caring
Sweet Tooth Dental was very thorough, from the setting of the appointment with Holly to the cleaning by my hygienist, Morgan, to the assessment consultation from my initial visit with Dr. Brooke. I would highly recommend Sweet Tooth Dental. That they enjoy what they are doing shows in their care for the patient.
This crew is the best! I always enjoy my visits. My teeth are so happy. They sing me to sleep every night!
