I, sadly, had to cancel an order I had placed for a baby shower. I canceled it exactly 3 days after making the order for which I had paid in full. I was not told by the little gal handling my consult that if for any reason I would need to cancel my order they would keep 20%. Now I understand this should I have cancelled my order days or even the week before but I gave them 3 weeks notice so it's not like they were out anything but nope, no full refunds. A really nice place. the Owner is great and works with you, if needed. Very tasty cake, not too sweet and the cake was moist. I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone.
I am a huge fan of Sweet Themes Bakery! Alison and all the friendly staff at Sweet Themes helped make my wedding perfect! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, even bringing a picture of my ideal wedding cake and they exceeded all my expectations.
