Supporting a "black owned" business is so hard to do and with it being "black owned" you know why. No type of customer service whatsoever. I wanted to book service for my daughter. I've emailed, called, sent a message through the website. Nothing. But y'all so professional....smh. At least I know where NOT to go.
Booked a service for 12/26 at 10am on 12/13. Received an email stating I would get an email when my appointment is accepted. Fast forward a week, no email to confirm appointment. Called twice and left messages both times because no one answered. Received a text and email 12/26 at 12:56 stating my appointment was declined. Where is the customer service? A return phone call to tell me they could no honorary appointment would have been nice.
I love this place! Used to get my hair twisted here, but stopped going because I cut off all my hair, because it didn't grow how I wanted it too, but once I grow my hair back into an Afro this time then I’ll be coming back here. This place is amazing, and I always used too get fresh twists, and they felt really moisturized, and it wasn’t unraveling! All of the employees are very kind and smart. They always try too start coversation and are very funny.
My daughter had a wonderful experience at Sweet Tees Salon and Kids Spa. The people were nice and very patient with her for her first time getting her manicure and pedicure! They also have nontoxic nail polish so it's not harmful to the princesses!
