Purchased a bow here and put it on my daughters head long enough to know it was too big, didn't even take the tag off. Would have been nice to know the return policy when purchasing.

Hi Amy! So sorry to see your rating, our return policy is stated on the bottom of receipt that we give to you when you purchase items. We do accept returns on a lot of items, but don't accept returns on headbands due to hygienic purposes as we can't control if people have lice, etc etc.
