First “deep cleaning” was definitely not a deep cleaning and the lady was over 2 hours late. I’m not sure she would have showed up if I hadn’t said something. I scheduled a regular cleaning as I had prepaid for a special. No one showed up and there was no response for over a day until I started pestering. I was told a refund would be issued but it has now been over a week and now I’m not receiving any communication. I had my outside basement cleaned out of spiders and cobwebs that accumulated over winter and they did a fantastic job! Now I can go down into my basement without feeling uncomfortable. And they were super fast to get me on the schedule! Thank you so much❤️
