Do not hire this company! Ami, the owner, is a fraud and will lie and lead you on repeatedly. We prepaid for biweekly cleans and every single time, there was a problem. Usually, the cleaner just didn’t show up and there would be no communication. Calls and texts would go unanswered for days. Eventually there would be some long explanation given about a funeral or illness and then the next time, it would happen again. First “deep cleaning” was definitely not a deep cleaning and the lady was over 2 hours late. I’m not sure she would have showed up if I hadn’t said something. I scheduled a regular cleaning as I had prepaid for a special. No one showed up and there was no response for over a day until I started pestering. I was told a refund would be issued but it has now been over a week and now I’m not receiving any communication.
