Sweet Serenity is a hidden gem here in North Delta. The instructors truly care about your health and well-being and the community is so warm and friendly. Barre is my jam and even moreso with Jenine's infectious energy. I highly recommend trying out any class if you haven't already. You'll come out feeling that sweet, sweet serenity.
