I have been with Sweet Serenity from home online practice for over 2 years now. Jenine, the owner, is wonderful in getting back to you like within 5 minutes if there is ever a problem with signing on or with our account. She has helped me tremendously and never had I needed to miss a class due to technical problems because Jenine rectified it immediately. These yoga classes truly got me through postpartum and helped me feel like myself again. The instructors are wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable, and the live classes are very reasonably priced. They create such an immersive experience that it feels like you’re actually in the room. I’m so grateful to have found this gem.

So this used to be my favorite studio due to the yin yoga classes that were quite suited for me. Couple months ago I had an ankle fracture and as part of the healing my physiotherapist asked me to start core exercises and low intensity yoga. Due to my leg I have been slow in getting places. So 2 weeks ago I booked their staturday somatic yin class and was going to be late by 5 minutes so I called from the way to explain my situation, give heads up and if I can still get in but they were quite strict and asked me to not come.... read more
