Shay provides excellent service and is friendly, personable and professional! I always feel comfortable with Shay at my treatment.
I don't write reviews unless i feel it is warranted. I have been going there for several years however after this last time that was it for me. Shay was extremely rude when I tried to explain the issue and concern I had with my booking. I was devastating and shocked at her response after being a consistent/loyal customer for all years. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Kayla did a great job with my spray tan!
Went for a spray tan with Kayla she was very knowledgeable. She was very friendly. She told us all the information we needed to know. The place was very clean , I would highly recommend.
DO NOT book an appt with Sarah! I purchased 2 pamper packages back in November 2024 for myself and my bf. I booked with Sarah at the Waterfront location. It was my first facial since I don't normally treat myself to these types of services. Mostly because my skin is pretty smooth and does not need any special products. During my appt, Sarah not only used the bathroom (very questionable if she was hygienic and washed her hands due to what happened later), but she indicated how jealous she was of my smooth skin complexion.
