We wont be going back - my daughter received a groupon to this place for her birthday. We explained to the owner and the girl working there that my daughter doesnt like her hair put up and asked if they could just give her a few curls instead and they said flat out no. So they put her hair up in this super tight do - the poor thing had tears in her eyes from the pain of the lady trying to get a perfect tight pony tail. My son went there for his first hair cut today and it was great, the staff were very kid friendly and they can cut kids hair. My son liked going there.
Just had my daughters party here and it was truly amazing! Staff was so friendly and great with the kids. Very organized. My daughter and son had haircuts before the party and they were the best cuts they have ever had. Great experience! Can't wait to go back.
A spa for young girls! I went in here to find hair bows for my daughter, andI was happy to see a big selection. There was a party of 5 yo's getting their hair & nails done, they looked like they were having fun. Great place to bring your little girls.
It was my daughters birthday and I took her to Sweet and Sassy on her special day. She was really excited since it was her first time there. I was going to get her the package that included everything (shampoo, cut, manicure, pedicure and facial) yet there was no time for the shampoo and cut so I scheduled another appointment. I recently attended a birthday party here. There were a lot of girls and the parents spent A LOT of money for an hour and 45 minute party. The teenagers in charge played inappropriate Rap music and they didn't seem to have a lot of organization. Overall, my child had a good time and so did the others but for the prices they charge, I think they should play age appropriate music for the guests as well as have some organization to all of the chaos.
