Had our daughter's 7th "Spa-tacular" birthday here just today and it was by far one of the worst experiences we ever had at a birthday venue. I supplied all of the items, i.e., cake, goodie bags, & drinks, because they were so insanely overpriced. More importantly, the service by the girls who work there was horrendous. Me and my family we're there Saturday afternoon. The wait wasn't long, we were greeted by the manager in front,she's awesome)She talked to us (even though she was answering the phones, checking in and out other families for their appointments, helping with others whom we're shopping amongst the store, putting glitter on the little girls and doing paperwork) all at the same time and with a smile on her face. I had my daughters ears pierced here & it was AMAZING!!! The girl that did it was so patient and sweet! Highly recommend!!! You pay for the earrings & get the piercing, a cute certificate w/ a photo, cleaning solution, glitter spray & scent for their hair, glitter stamp on the cheek, balloon & lollipop! AWESOME!
Very disappointed in customer service. My daughter got her ears pierced with them less than two months ago and the ear rings they put in have already broke. We reached out t them to let them know they broke and to see if there was some kind of replacement, surely they wouldn’t sell something so cheap that it won’t last at least much longer than this. False Advertisement and the workers need extensive training. I ordered Girls Rock party package that should include karaoke but there is no karaoke. There were no mics for the girls and no words to follow like on the video on their website. The girls followed dance movements of the employees of songs chosen for them. The managers insist "singing and dancing" is karaoke but even my 7 year old understands the definition. The staff was not attentive and used the "new girl" excuse. The employees were very rude. My children came home crying!!! The staff rolled their eyes at my children. They also were on their phones during the party. And we're laughing for not liking make-up. This place is a rip off because the prices were unreasonable.��������������������������������
Not impressed! I brought my daughter and her best friend here for a fun girls day out for her birthday. I spent a ridiculous amount of money for them to have mini-mani/pedi's, updo hairstyle, and makeup applied. The place was very dirty-the floors and seats were gross. My mom will be going to the podiatrist because of this place. No autoclaves, no uv sanitizers, they don't clean the foot baths between customers. They illegally use razors to remove callouses and when they do this, they don't sanitize them between customers! GROSS!!!! Avoid this place. Fungus City!
