Edited: the birthday girl was on time. I even said we have 3 late but I don’t want to take away from the party time so we can start. The front desk rep said no it’s ok we can wait. After 10 minutes I asked if we could just start. The 3 girls that were late showed up near the end of hair and makeup so there were actually only 7 girls to start with, less than the booking.
