Sweet Republic is one of my favorite ice cream spots in the Valley. Their offerings are consistently flavorful, fresh, and of the highest quality. The last time I visited, I had the brown butter pecan, and it was a hit—creamy and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet like proper ice cream should be.
