If i could do less than one start i would. I asked for basic highlights gave her more information than she needed to make sure nothing went wrong. My hair was burnt off in multiple parts and overall just terrible job was done. Not sure if it was an off day for her but good luck if you go here. (the first 2 photos are taken by the hairdresser who had to fix my hair)
