This is my second time buying a child’s bike from Sweet Pete’s. It’s an excellent bike shop with outstanding customer service. There were lots of options and they were helpful and knowledgeable. My child is super happy with her bike.
Good product selection and prices, but also exceptional customer service. I realised as I was belatedly installing it, that a kickstand I had bought over 30d prior was missing a critical piece. Sweet Pete's graciously looked for a replacement and called me in to exchange for the incomplete item. Though they certainly didn't need to do so given the timeframe, they told me they really strive to make customers happy, and I wholeheartedly agree that they have succeeded. Lovely shop run by great people.
