The staff can be condescending and were not able to help with my squeaky disc brakes. Turns out one of the rotors needed to be trued a bit. After paying them to look at it, the mechanic told me it was my wheel hub. I took my bike home and used some rubber gloves and trued the rotor to resolve the issue. They googled and pretty much read me the result of the first link and didn’t even try to fix the squeaking. I wouldn’t take a higher end bike into this store.

Great service
Brought a wheel/tire in here I had endless troubles with flats on. I got some help from another store in town (shall not be named) and they gave me inappropriate rim strips that were causing the flats. Guys in the shop here were super friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly and got me back up and running with a tubeless setup. Highly recommend!
