History Established in 2010. Sweet Peaks Ice Cream creates handmade ice cream in small batches in Whitefish, Montana. Our Coeur d'Alene shop opened in April of 2016 and offers 9 classic ice cream flavors as well as creative and exciting special flavors that rotate with the season. We love to use local produce and ingredients from Idaho and Montana in our ice creams. Our waffle cones are made in house.
