I really want to patron this business. I have celiac disease. But I only visit town a couple times a year and this place is ALWAYS closed. Like, ALWAYS…. I have money and want to give it to you! I can’t even figure out how this place stays in business when it’s closed so often… Especially given that Hamburg has so few, true celiac safe options. This feels like a joke.
Absolutely exceeded all my expectations!! Ordered a Gluten Free cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and these guys knocked it out of the park with both taste and presentation!! Exactly what I wanted and it tastes even better than it looks. Will definitely be back in the future to try their other goodies!!
highly recommended Sweet Pea Bakery! they have incredible desserts. we had the best tiramisu from them, a chocolate cake with strawberry filling, and most recently a carrot cake. they are very accommodating too as far as opening on their days off for cake pick ups. I plan on ordering here for all future birthdays

Sweet Pea Bakery is a gem. It's a small bakery that offers sandwiches (and soup during the colder months), but the best part about it is its massive gluten-free options. Not only are there many gluten-free options (bread, muffins, cake, pies, donuts, ice cream sandwiches, probably other things I've missed), but they're actually tasty. Gluten-free is very easy to mess up, making lightly flavored cardboard, but the stuff here is fantastic (and I say this as someone who is not gluten-free).
