The stuff are not bad people, but when it comes to taking care of the clients it is terrible. I mean how is it possible to wait for a coffee to go for 40 minutes, then I asked the stuff how much longer I have to wait else, and the response was wait another 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes I came and ask same thing again and the answer was "oh sorry we forgot about your order, give us 5 more minutes", and the Shop was not busy at all.
