I visited your establishment and ordered a cappuccino, paying with cash. After receiving a number, I waited over 30 minutes without receiving my order. When I approached the cashier for assistance, they appeared confused and had no recollection of giving me a number. Instead of resolving the issue, they processed a refund for a card transaction, despite the fact that I had paid in cash. The lack of organization and accountability was disappointing.
