Rachael is incredible! I have loved watching her bond with our child grow over the past few months.
Absolutely incredible team!! Our family feels so supported by the passionate and knowledgeable Dana and Mikaela. Their resources are top tier. Highly recommend.
The OT we saw for 4 years was great, the facilities excellent. As of 2025 they changed to having a $26 out of pocket gap fee for each session for senior OT's for those on plan management. The gap fee was announced after the business had closed for 3 weeks over Christmas period so unfortunately there was no opportunity to discuss/ have my emails responded to over the lengthy closure period. We will miss Mikaela dearly who we can no longer afford to see.
We are so lucky to have such a great local paediatric OT available in Pakenham. Edit Dec 2024- fees are charged above maximum NDIS rates for senior OT's so there is a gap fee of $26 every session. Not something we can afford, so I don't really see how we can continue at the clinic. I'm in shock. Rating reflects the accessibility financially to access the service and also that my email to the manager to discuss this has been ignored and not responded to.
