Elise is great & so sweet! Love the atmosphere as well and that it’s not owned by a corporation is my favorite part.

I attempted to schedule a Brazilian wax appointment with this salon twice, only to have it denied both times. If they were truly booked for the week, they could have offered an alternative day. Who knows, if I liked their service,I could have recommended more friends. It's puzzling why they denied a $60 service. It would have been helpful if they mentioned their policy of not accepting new clients on their website. Overall, a disappointing experience.
