Jo and Monique were excellent. Very thorough and professional. Explained the procedures.
Staff were incredibly considerate and caring. I am genuinely blown away at how good they were. I was a new patient, and informed them when I booked that I am autistic. I was accommodated so wonderfully, without even having to ask. They thought of everything. The lights were off, I was given sunglasses to reduce the glare even more, at every step of the way I was told what to expect and how to signal I needed a break.
