We had our first visit with Sweet Maple and it was amazing! Every staff member was kind and helpful with explaining everything that was happening. We brought two kids (4 year old autistic and nonverbal, and 3 year old) both had an amazing experience. We were nervous about our autistic son as he has a lot of sensitivity around his mouth and distrust of food/drinks, but they were so patient and gentle with him and they were able to clean and get a thorough exam. Exceeding my expectations of a Pediatric Dentistry. The entire staff was professional, kid friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any parent in the area/surrounding areas.
this time I was disappointed in the change of staff at the front desk and wasn’t impressed with the hygienist she had very elaborate fake nails. I get that you want to have cute hands but sorry that is not healthcare standards. Also all of the hygienist where very young which made me feel uncomfortable with children it’s nice to have a few people who understand having children.
