Melissa Wing is a serious hard working devoted woman cares about SweetLake and tenants. Warm hearted, kind, caring. SweetLake is very well clean, maintain and organized. Maintenance is always on the go! keeping SweetLake nice and clean no matter the weather or storm! SweetLake is nice, calm quiet place tenants are very respectful. If you’re looking to become a first time homeowner and start small with children I highly truly recommend SweetLake!!.
I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and have not had a single problem. Quiet, clean community where you are either overlooking sweet lake OR observing wildlife grazing the open fields. There have been a lot of very important improvements here which have positively impacted all tenants. They’re reasonable to work with when things come up as well. They have monthly drawings, Holiday festivities and they do other random acts of kindness throughout the year for tenants to show appreciation AND to help when there is a need. It’s f... read more
