First time customers myself and husband we walk in and not greeted, however some young girl takes what appeared to be her friends order. She laughed and talked with them then when it's our time all of a sudden she stop taking orders a goes a talk with her friend all the while the guy making coffees and the other young lady in the back was working there tails off. I’m giving one star because, unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this here—it’s just the first time I’ve actually said something about it. I keep giving them another chance because I genuinely like supporting local businesses, but today was extremely frustrating. We waited at the drive-thru speaker for at least 10 minutes, probably longer, before anyone took our order. The building is really pretty and it feels like a nice cozy oasis in Pineville to have a lite lunch and a dessert. I haven’t tried the food but I tried a cinnamon roll and a cupcake. The cinnamon needs serious work, it was not appetizing. The Chantilly cupcake was ok but the cake could be more airy and moist . The customer services was nice it doesn’t feel like the welcoming southern hospitality Louisiana is known for but it was nice enough
