I never even got to receive my wax because this business was impossible to find and the customer service was absolutely awful. Sweet Honey Sugaring does NOT have its own visible location or signage. Instead, it operates out of another studio — which I was only told after arriving and calling for help. While I was driving around the strip plaza trying to locate the place, I called the number provided. The woman who answered was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. i’ve been going to Yarisel for about almost a year now and her energy is unmatched! I’ve also seen her coworker Ingrid and she is just as sweet! I won’t go anywhere else 🫶 I walk out feeling like a baddie every time , beauty just has a little pain lol!!
Can't really rate it because they don't answer messages regardless of how you contact them. I wonder if they are still in business.
