We rented a room from Sweet Home London and we were delighted with the professional services. The house was clean and well maintained.
Sweet homes London have rented out a few properties for me and have always found lovely tenants who take good care of my properties. The process is easy and straight forward. I have a great relationship with the Sweet Homes team which I hope will continue to grow.
My advice is stay well clear. We rented a flat through Sweet Homes. They refused to provide a tenancy agreement, and looking back this should have sounded the alarm. When we moved in the heating had been off, so it smelt damp and took days to warm up. Especially has there was only heating in one room, which I was not told about on viewing.
