Jenn is absolutely amazing! I was previously going to a chain medi-spa for laser and after several sessions and way too much money later, I was still unhappy with my results. And then I found Jenn and the results I've gotten have been well beyond my expectations! She's super knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel comfortable from the first time you meet her. My only regret is not finding her sooner!
Jen made me feel so comfortable going through the micro-needling. She took the time to answer any questions I had about it & once the date arrived while she was doing it she walked to through what was going to be happening next. Jen was very knowledgeable, gentle, and thoroughly explained the entire process and what to expect and provided excellent advice for after care. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session, letting me know beforehand which areas would be more uncomfortable and was very gentle. After a few sessions, I've had only great experiences with Jenn and Sweet Hair Removal so far! I was originally going to a different clinic to get laser done on my face, but they didn't answer questions, were not considerate of pain, and were very pushy when it came to selling larger packages.
