This business is privately owned located at private home. I went for Consultation and waited 10 mins outside her home. She didnt even offered to come inside to wait.the laser hair removal consultation was offered right at her doorstep. We didn't even get to see the office or level of cleanness. This was the most awkward interaction and will not consider getting her service s.
Updated review after months of laser hair removal and microneedling sessions! I used to go to another clinic for laser on my face, but they weren’t respectful nor transparent about their services. I’ve been seeing Jenn for laser and microneedling treatments, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the entire process - what to expect before, during, and after treatment - along with helpful aftercare advice. During my sessions, she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, letting me know which areas might feel more sensitive and explaining what she was doing next. Jenn is absolutely amazing! I was previously going to a chain medi-spa for laser and after several sessions and way too much money later, I was still unhappy with my results. And then I found Jenn and the results I've gotten have been well beyond my expectations! She's super knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel comfortable from the first time you meet her. My only regret is not finding her sooner!
Jen made me feel so comfortable going through the micro-needling. She took the time to answer any questions I had about it & once the date arrived while she was doing it she walked to through what was going to be happening next. I can’t wait for my next micro-needling session with her, I would highly recommend going to Jen for any of her services she provides, I’ve been going to her for my sugaring & absolutely love it
