Cat is quite knowledgeable about the Charleston area and was so helpful in determining driving distances to work, safe areas, and great family neighborhoods. Cat made sure to be accessible and accommodating to our needs, moving from out of state. 10/10 recommend working with Cat!!

Why only 5 stars google?! Carrie with Sweetgrass gave me nothing but 10 ⭐️ service throughout. The closing set up was perfect with constant communication and regular updates. I never once had to ask or wonder where we were in the process. Carrie will get it done whether buying or selling, she is the best you can get!
