Good self serve. Its pretty cool but not the best.
I came to sweetfrog today and had the best customer service ive ever seen. As someone who owns and operates a catering business, I pay close attention to customer service, cleanliness, and the overall experience whenever I visit a food establishment. I took my grandchildren to Sweet Frog recently and it was a wonderful experience! This shop is clean and very welcoming. I loved the wide variety of fresh fruit toppings and yogurt flavors. It’s the perfect spot for a treat that both the kids and I can enjoy. The staff was so patient and kind, making it a lovely place to sit and make memories. We’ll definitely be back!"
Traveled here with a couple of my friends recently and i was VERY disappointed with the service. The girls working here are very unprofessional and do not know how to work with customers. For starters they were rude and didn’t say hello and were just playing on their phones the whole time. The toppings bar was wrecked and there were toppings spilled everywhere. I would not recommend this sweet frog to anyone, go somewhere else if you don’t want rude teenagers and unclean areas.
