I am disappointed. I went here at 8:15 on Tuesday night. They already had some of the topping put up. When I asked where certain toppings were I was told we have to start cleaning early because we are about to close. You are still opened 45 more minutes. Will not return to the location!

Came in at 8:00 PM on 1/19/25 and immediately dealt with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee with black and colorful hair was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care to be there. No greeting, no professionalism—literally the only thing said to us was how much we owed. To make it worse, hair was on one of the scoops AFTER it had already been used on my order. When I pointed it out, there was zero apology and zero urgency to fix it. A wonderful and sweet place. Everyone is so sweet there. The place is so clean. First time being there was amazing.
I hadn't a taste for sweetFrog's today. I'm glad they had all of my toppings and the froyo that I like... Strawberry and Cookies-N-Cream.
