The people there are so kind. Helped me with a discount so much that I left a bit more of a top than I was going to. They earned it with their kindness and love they share with the world thru some tasty ice cream. Also an easy going kind atmosphere. Love it and will be back!!
Very much disappointed. Very dirty place. Floor is sticky, counter are dirty. Thought buys summer might keep place up clean but this is not even standard clean anymore.

Really disappointed with this location. The place felt unclean.. floors were sticky, counters weren’t wiped down, and the topping area looked messy. Didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially for a self-serve spot like this.
An email to corporate complaint dept-Hello- I’m writing to express concern about the poor cleanliness and employee behavior I recently experienced at the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg location. Upon entering the store, we immediately noticed smashed candy all over the floor and an overflowing trash can right at the entrance. The trays under the yogurt machines were also covered in drippings, creating a messy and unsanitary environment.
