As we were passing through blacksburg we decided to visit this establishment based upon a recommendation from our dear friend. We were extremely excited to visit as we would classify ourselves as frozen yoghurt connoisseurs. However, we were deeply disappointed by the service from the counter employee. This is the CLEANEST most WELL MANAGED sweet frog ever now! New management has really brought this location to a new level. Amazing!! If you haven’t been in a while, go again!
Nice frozen yogurt. FYI, they sell by weight.
It was an absolute mess when walking in. Almost all the chairs were pushed into a group that was blocking the walkway. Cleaning products were on tables, ect. The man upfront was not paying attention to any customers despite the line. Absolutely horrible.
