I was lucky enough to get my soft serve at 8:40pm but as I was sitting in the parking lot, a small group of people walked up to the door at 8:52pm. It takes maybe 2 mins to get your icecream and checkout in total. The person outside was telling them to open the door as it was 8:52pm since they weren’t closed yet and was showing the time as it was still early to close and the worker just ignored them! If you are going to say that you close at 9pm, you are open until 9!
Got to the door at 8:50 and they close at 9 (states on door and website) and the door was already locked! False advertising! Workers looked at us and laughed.

Came in on a weeknight. 2 ice cream flavors out, out of 2 toppings and did not have whip cream. This is an ice cream place with the foundation of having toppings and ice cream! When asked the employee- he was too concerned what was on his phone and offered zero assistance.
