She's always so nice. Our hair looks so great everytime. She's so good!!!!
Frances is very thorough and diligent in what she does. Sweet Frances is not just a hair salon, it's an educational hub with a heart that's dedicated to serving the community especially the youth. My hair is beautiful and I will continue to keep coming to her!
Frances’s is the protective hair style & braiding queen! I have super fine & straight hair & she’s done my faux locs & feed-in braids. They both turned out 10/10! she is amazing with kids of all ages! Highly recommend her!!!
Overpriced. They say a wash is included, but I had to wash my daughter's head because they double booked and did not have time although our appointment was already scheduled. I've made 1 successful appointment because the stylist text you a few hours before your appointment and keeps changing the appointment. The owner is rude and when trying to pretend to smooth things over insulted me. And I learned 8 days is not enough time to schedule an appointment.
