Sweet Fitness Kickboxing is a super FUN and HIGH ENERGY fitness kickboxing gym open to EVERYONE, no matter their fitness level. We are all about having the MOST FUN WORKOUT you can possibly have. Our classes are completely beginner friendly and 47 minutes of punching and kicking fun! 21+ classes per week. 6 days per week. Non contact, non competitive, non judgmental! ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
