We currently have a booking for later in April. At the request of the new business owners, we paid in full in late February for our 3 night charter hire. Since that payment, we have not been provided a receipt of payment and all forms of contact remain unanswered. Since being taken over by the new owners late last year this business has become impossible to deal with. We have done a charter with them as recently as 2 years ago and had nothing but good things to say but now unfortunately the reputation is being destroyed by the new owners. We had a very disappointing experience with this charter company. After confirming our booking and making full payment for a team day, we received no communication whatsoever for over a month. Since the business has changed ownership recently, the service has clearly declined. We have made multiple attempts to contact them via email, phone calls, text messages, and even Facebook, all of which have been ignored. Great company to deal with I hire a yacht for two weeks every whale season
Best 4 days of my life!! Im booking every year from now on! The boat is lovely! Rohan and sam where great instructors and made the whole process Easy driving the boat in and out of the marina! And They happily answered everyone of my questions. My advice: If you hire the “two Easy” be careful not to hit your head on the barbecue when getting out of the tender i have a vendetta against that bbq!
