I went to the Rapid City location in September of 2025 and saw Melissa Owens. She suggested we do a home study. What a joke. I got the results, which she called “slight sleep apnea”. I begged them to help me get an in lab study, because I knew something was wrong, but they don’t advocate for patients. Insurance denied the in lab study. I tried to get them to advocate for me twice, but they obviously can’t do their jobs. I can honestly say at Sweet Dreams... Mark Schultz, and Dr. Brittany Meyers are wonderful. John Baker did my sleep study and he was amazing as well. All so professional, and soon to make you feel like they are family, truly...wanting to take care of you. I have been so sleepy my entire life and been written off my numerous doctors. Being referred to Melissa Owens has been life changing for me. She has taken my symptoms seriously and worked with me to find a treatment strategy that works. I highly recommend her and Sweet Dreams Sleep Services.
