Placed an order online for delivery. The website vaguely states "lead times may be longer than usual." After hearing nothing for a week and a half , I called and they informed me that it could take 8-12 weeks! I asked for a refund, because I was not informed of this and wanted to cancel my order. They told me that all sales are final and they could not issue a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will never use them again. Poorest customer service I have ever encountered. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP HERE.
