We went for a birthday lunch. The pared-down menu was a disappointment with only one gluten free, vegan option for one friend. We asked our flatly disinterested waitress to suggest other options; she couldn't. We asked if the chef could leave the protein off a salad. She asked; he said NO!! My friend insisted on staying, but between the bordering-on-snotty waitress and the unaccomodating cook, the celebratory glow pretty much had worn off our friend's final luncheon choice, a glass of the restaurant's finest water.

Cashew chicken, spicy basil, all of the curry, garlic jumbo shrimp, ALL of the cocktails - you simply cannot go wrong! The owners Fei and Jian work hard to make sure your experience is amazing. Fresh veggies, best cuts of meat, sauces all perfect, great service and atmosphere. Every trip to Bozeman includes a trip to Sweet Chili!!
