For a BBQ place outside of any BBQ place of note (i.e. not texas or the carolinas for example) the meats are all cooked really well. We got the pulled pork, the chopped brisket, the brisket slices, ribs and beef short rib - all actually cooked really well. Sides are OK, nothing special but the let down I think is the sauces and dry rub - just lacking in a punch and depth, so the meat while cooked well takes on less flavor from a lacking rub. It's not bad, but sauces being better would make it so much better.

The biscuits ($4/each) are delicious, especially with the honey Butter. My drink, the 1819 ($14), bourbon, sweet tea and mint was equally good. My entree was not good. I ordered the combo tray with pork belly and sliced brisket, with coleslaw and Broccoli Cheddar casserole as sides. The meal was $29. We usually get the trays with a couple of scoops. Their pulled pork, fried chicken and biscuits are all very good. The pickles, baked beans and farm salad are great sides. Their desserts are too sweet and decadent so we avoid those. Their take-out portions are so much smaller for some reason, which is why we only dine-in now. The place is dim a... read more

Very tasty BBQ! Had the Big platter( 2 meat combo ) with two sides. 4 small Ribs and 1 Jalapeno hot link sausage with potato salad and broccoli casserole $29.00. The real stand out was the potato salad. Some of the best I have ever had and I have some potato salad. Im a fan of Top Chef and this is what brought me here.
