Ordered food to go and it was made incorrectly, twice. They charge you extra for everything! .83 cents for mayo on a sandwich, $1.08 for peppers on a cheese steak, $2.00 dollars for a cup of BBQ sauce for chicken fingers. I got charged for those items and yet they weren't even on the sandwiches I ordered. Very tasteless food now. This place has gone downhill since the last time I ordered from here.
My boyfriend called and asked about the funnel cake sundae they were advertising stating it was “new”. The girl on the phone taking the order had no idea what it was or what she was doing in general. She didn’t know how to use the screen to take our order because she kept saying she couldn’t find one of the sauces for the wings. Then when we went to pick it up he asked about the sundae and she still had no idea what it was.
