She was very unprofessional. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered by a specific time and it wasn’t delivered till hours after so the person wasn’t able to enjoy the flowers on there special day. She said the flower truck was running late that’s why she wasn’t able to deliver them on time but never reached out to me in the morning to let me know that detail and to see if I still wanted them delivered.
