Very disappointing experience. The people running the shop were extremely rude and dismissive. I purchased a helium balloon for my baby, and it appeared to have been overfilled. Within five minutes, while I was simply holding it above my head outside the store, it suddenly popped on its own. Nobody touched it or mishandled it.
