I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received while hosting a birthday party for 37 guests at this venue. From the very beginning of the planning process to the moment I arrived for the event, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here. From the day we walked in to inquire about the place, the owner was very friendly towards us and especially my daughters. We booked the place immediately after having a little tour of the place. For our daughter’s actual birthday, our experience was great. We celebrated our daughter’s 11th birthday at Sweet Blvd this weekend, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we booked, they stayed in touch and made the entire process so easy.
